As President and Owner of Design Build Professionals, I am a resident of Palm Beach County and the State of Florida. My career spans over 30 years in the renovation, remodeling and restoration of residential construction. My company specializes in interior kitchen baths, flooring, tile, and fabricating millwork (my father was a cabinet maker and shop fabricator). All major projects should require hiring skilled tradesmen with experience exceeding at least 20 years in the industry.

The general process includes a detailed contract, specification selections, showroom visits with vendors and suppliers, field measurements, location observation, working with a Homeowners Association and municipal agency for approval and permits, as well as conducting regular inspections in stages of performance and completion. Because each project is different, its aspects of expectations must result in exceptional satisfaction.
